POOL Open for Final Weekend of the Season!
The weather and smoke have finally cleared just in time for the final weekend for the pool!  We will open the pool, but may close early if weather turns to rain.  Cross your fingers! This is the last chance for a dip in the pool until next season!

First Hazelnut Harvest- JOIN IN THE FUN!
Join us on Sunday October 4th for a family friendly Hazelnut Gathering at our very own orchard here at Shadow Hills! This is the only year that our members will be able to go out and gather their own hazelnuts! In the years to come, the hazelnuts will be harvested and sold. We will be meeting at 3pm at the South Learning Center. Hazelnut inspired drinks and apple cider will be available and don’t forget your bucket! Make your reservation for the lounge after an afternoon of gathering for some delicious Hazelnut inspired specials!

Food, Golf, Practice Facilities All Back to Regular Schedules
Have you ever been so happy to see rain?  The weather finally did the job in getting our air quality back to “fresh air,” and allowing us to get back to normal operations.  Indoor and Outdoor food service is back (Reservations still required), and Golf and all Practice Facilities are back in full swing. Thanks for your patience during this unprecedented time!  Please remember to wear masks indoors, in close quarters with groups, and near entrances. Thanks!

Couples Champions and Senior Men’s Champ Posted
The air cleared enough at the end of last week for a couple of events to take place. The Couples Classic was held last Sunday.  Winners and Leaderboard Here
In addition, “the Mason Cup” was handed out to this year’s “tour winner” for the Shadow Hills Senior Men.  Winner and Season Recap Here

Pasta of the Week: Mediterranean Chicken Pesto Pasta. Chicken, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts in a creamy Pesto sauce tossed with tortellini pasta. Comes with garlic bread.$22
