On Wednesday, December 8th, the generous women of Shadow Hills opened up their purses and checkbooks for this year’s beneficiary, Every Child Lane County.
The Quilters offered a variety beautiful items for the raffle, and members and Shadow Hills donated wine for the wine grab. Along with direct donations we were able to raise $2,345 in about two hours for our deserving children in Foster Care.
Our 80 attendees enjoyed a fabulous lunch and special music provided by Lori Reynolds great- niece and her keyboard accompanist. Hearts for Hospice was there, too, with fabulous items from their retail store in Springfield. Purchases and direct donations brought them $471. A Great seasonal function for the women of Shadow Hills and a blessing for our charities.
Thank you all including the amazing staff at Shadow Hills.
