NEWS FROM THE CLUBHOUSE
- 4th of July Holiday Options – On the 4th of July, the lounge and dining room will be open Holiday Hours- open early for Breakfast at 6:30, with regular lunch.
- Limited menu in lounge for Crazy 8 Friday – We will be having a limited menu due to Your favorite sports team crazy eights on Friday the 28th
This Weeks Features:
Appetizer: Hummus plate with fresh garbanzo hummus warm pita chips, roasted peppers, roasted garlic cloves, carrot and celery sticks assorted olives $8
Cut of the Week: USDA Choice Hand cut Cedar River Valley New York Strip Steak( the same quality and special farm we use for a lot of the Gourmet functions) topped with roasted bell peppers $33
Oregon Halibut: Oregon halibut sautéed and set atop spinach and roma tomatoes with a citrus beurre blanc $32
Pasta of the Week: Cajun Andouille and Shrimp Pasta over Fettucine in a creamy Cajun alfredo with bell peppers, tomatoes, green onions and celery, served with garlic toast $25
Comfort Food: Marinated Pork chops grilled and finished with roasted pears and apples and a Bourbon peppercorn sauce, choice of starch and tonight’s vegetable $21

- Sorbet: Blood Orange Sorbet gluten and fat free
- Two for $3: Two house made chocolate chip cookies with Ghirardelli chocolate chips $3
