A Successful 2018 Women’s Club Holiday Charity Luncheon

Shadow Hills’ women and their friends celebrated the season and
raised money for Food for Lane County at the Holiday Charity
Luncheon on Wednesday, December 5 th .

The chair of our “Twelve Days of Christmas” event was Jan Whitty.

Entertainment was provided by Ryan Dixon, tenor from the Eugene
Concert Choir, and by a group of Women’s Club singers who led us in
“The Twelve Days of Christmas.”

Darrel Kau told us about Food for Lane County and its programs.

Fundraising included a raffle of lovely Christmas wall hangings and
quilts, cash donations, and our wine wall.

Hearts for Hospice presented a sale table and raised money too.

It was a successful day for charity and a pleasant Holiday celebration
with friends. Many thanks to our excellent staff for a great day.
